The school psychology program is pleased to announce a tenure-track assistant/associate professor position for our NASP-accredited Ed.S. and Ph.D. training programs. Primary responsibilities include teaching graduate courses, providing advising and dissertation direction, supervising student research, and developing an active research program including grant writing and publication in national/international journals. Additional teaching assignments may be made based on professional and academic background and the needs of the Division. Faculty members are expected to make contributions in teaching, research, and service.

An earned doctorate (completed by August 22, 2018) in School Psychology or related field is required. Applicant must show evidence of accomplishments or strong potential for success in teaching and professional service. Preference will be given to those graduating from NASP-approved or APA-accredited programs, eligible for licensure as a psychologist in South Dakota, and/or certified at the BCBA level. This is a nine-month, tenure track position.
