Job Responsibilities: Provide custodial services for the Union including floor and wall care, carpet care, restroom facilities, meeting room furniture arrangement, grounds and walkways maintenance, fixture and window care along with assisting with maintaining building security and room set up.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of: Cleaning equipment, snow removal equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Ability to: Read and write; follow oral and written instructions; stand for extended periods of time; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; move equipment and supplies up stairs; associate positively and Professionally with students, co-workers and the public; work with others as a team to maintain cleanliness and accomplish goals and tasks as assigned.

Comments: Normal hours are 2:30 pm to 11 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants should detail prior professional cleaning experience on their application. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.
