Facilities Management seeks a self-directed, detail oriented person to provide operations management of processes, procedures and data management.

This position will help manage business operations for Facilities Management. They will identify and implement alternative approaches to procedures and processes. Will use operating systems such as TMA (the computerized data system) that is used for daily work orders, building management, equipment management, inventory management, daily work tasks, This position will help with policy development and documentation and process and procedure implementation. This position must be able to make determinations on their own and implement ideas with little supervision.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, and will demonstrate:

Knowledge of:
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Policy and procedures/website creation
- Various software systems
- Process workflow
- Reporting and analyzing
- Facilities Management
Ability to:
- Supervise
- Analyze management reports, identifying trends and causes of variance.
- Ability to problem solve and able to prioritize correctly with conflicting priorities.
- To recognize patterns and fit together information from various sources to discuss trends with FM managers.
- Recognize the signs of developing conflicts and handle these conflicts in accordance with established Best Practices.
- Oversee the Design, organization, and establishment of work processes to ensure delivery of facilities management services.
- Develops systems and procedures for electronically preparing and distributing management information.
- Understand FM needs and staffing challenges as well as customer service expectations.
- Know and understand the policies and procedures of the department and update as needed.
- Communicate information concisely and efficiently;
- Must monitor deadlines and ensure that all staff and supervisors are timely.
- Maintain web site for Facilities Management. Responsible for web content and its management.
Qualifications include:
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Experience with writing and documenting policies/procedures, strategic planning, using computer software systems, electronic data management, and communication at all levels of an organization.
