| Posting Text | The Division of Education, Counseling and Human Development at South Dakota State University invites applications for Associate Director of Teacher Education and Accreditation/Associate/Assistant Professor. The Associate Director of Teacher Education will be responsible for providing leadership of the CAEP accreditation process and for assessment and data collection across the teacher education and educational administration program areas. This is a nine-month, full-time, tenure-track, benefit-eligible appointment with a 50% administrative and 50% teaching/research workload with a rank of Assistant or Associate Professor depending on qualifications. The option for summer contract work will be assessed based on needs of the division. The position reports to the Director of the Division of Education, Counseling and Human Development. The position begins in August 2021. SDSU is especially interested in candidates that can contribute to and/or coordinate course offerings that address the experiences of underrepresented minorities in organizations.
