The initial phase of LEGEND, called LEGEND-200, is scheduled to start data taking in 2021. The successful candidate will make substantial contributions to the LEGEND project, including both coordinated experimental efforts for LEGEND-200 (commissioning and operation) and R&D aimed at LEGEND-1000. Candidates can choose to contribute to the Majorana Demonstrator experiment as well. This position is initially for a full year with possibility to renew depending on performance and funding.
