| Posting Text | USD Head Start has an opening for a Nutrition Aide for the Head Start classroom in Canton, SD providing support for nutrition activities, which may include meal preparation and clean-up and supervision of children ages 3-5 during meals and classroom activities. Qualifications: Experience in food service and working around children ages 3-5 years old preferred. This position works under 19 hours a week, Monday – Friday and runs during classroom operation mid-August through mid-May. Hours are expected to be from 10 a.m. to 2:30 Mon. – Wed. and 9:00 a.m. to 2;30 on Thurs. Some Fridays are required for training. This is a grant funded position. Continued employment is dependent upon continued funding and performance. |
