| Posting Text | The USD Sanford School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics seeks an experienced department manager for its academic program office. The position serves as primary point of contact for the department of Pediatrics. Duties include but are not limited to: event planning, scheduling committee meetings to include preparing agendas and finalizing minutes, coordination of projects, maintaining departmental and chair calendars; departmental budgets/accounting; coordination of faculty recruitment and renewal process, contracts and payments to clinical faculty; faculty promotion and tenure processes, etc. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, very detail oriented, flexible, demonstrated organizational skills, efficient/effective use of Outlook and Microsoft office products. |
