LOCATION: Facilities and Risk Management
Starting Hourly Rate: $12.04 + per hour, depending upon education and experience, GC
POSITION PURPOSE: Performs a variety of cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure sanitary conditions are met. Duties will include maintaining hard surface floors, including sweeping, mopping, and refinishing; maintaining carpets, including vacuuming and shampooing; cleaning and maintaining buildings, including emptying waste baskets, dusting, upholstery cleaning, making minor repairs, and replacing light bulbs and tubes; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms; ground maintenance, including cleaning windows, trash collection, and snow removal; event set up and moving services; monitoring building safety and property; and other duties as assigned. COMMENTS: Work Hours are PM shift with some variation. Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required. A valid driver’s license is required.
