Northern State University invites applicants for an Assistant Professor of Accounting.

  • Qualifications: The candidate should have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. degree with emphasis in Accounting or a closely-related field or J.D. with LLM in Tax (or similar training) and preferably with a CPA. Rank and salary depend on degree status, teaching experience, and research experience.
  • Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be able to teach face-to-face and online undergraduate courses in accounting, auditing, income tax and/or related accounting subject; serve as an academic advisor, engage in scholarly activity and provide service to the university and community. Experience with international business would be an asset.
