The Center for Disabilities in Sioux Falls at the Sanford School of Medicine, is searching for a Senior Secretary to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff. Successful candidates will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, have solid administrative skills including the ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally, a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Will work with post-secondary students, grants and reports. Experience working with persons with disabilities a plus. Funding for this position is secured through grants. Continuation within the position is contingent on performance and funding availability.
