The Center for Disabilities, Sanford School of Medicine, Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Behavior Analyst/Specialist. This position will provide training, coaching, and support for direct service supervisors and staff to enhance their skills and build organizational capacity to proactively address the
behavioral needs of the individuals with disabilities whom they serve.

Education and Experience Required: Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Special Education, Psychology, or related field required. Licensure as required by the applicant’s discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of the methods of applied behavior analysis, including assessment methodologies as well as observational and
recording methods. Familiarity with behavioral characteristics associated with behavior disorders, intellectual disabilities, autism, and traumatic brain injury.

Position is grant funded. Continuation within the position is contingent on performance and funding availability.
