Job Responsibilities: Assists the Dean and CON Leadership Team with developing and establishing work processes, implement program and professional guidelines and objectives, and serve as Personnel Specialist for the college.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of: Principles and practices of public administration; supervision of other personnel management processes; State of South Dakota and Board of Regents system policies and procedures; general methods and processes in areas such as budgeting, accounting, and other administrative activities pertinent to government operations; computer systems and applications; and distribution methodologies.

Ability to: Exercise independent judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions; communicate information concisely and efficiently; interpret objectives and develop practical applications.

Comments: Must be able to provide a high level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality when working with affiliation agreements and processing new hire paperwork, including all temporary hire contracts, PARs, etc. SDSU is a tobacco free environment.
